Customizable

Customize with number of cores, core diameter and depth, or cell density.

Built with cell cultures provided by you or carefully selected from trusted sources.

Certified

CMA blocks are quality checked by a board-certified pathologist.

All cell culture identities in a CMA block are recorded and mapped in our custom database for maximum traceability.

High Yield

Our blocks are built to be highly uniform in cell density, and as tall as desired.

With careful technique, the blocks can yield up to 100-150 sections per 1mm (cut at 3-4 microns) so you can get the best price per section.

Mismatch Repair Control

Catalog Number: MMR-4-1-3-1

This control provides specific knockouts of each of the four proteins typically assessed when investigating mismatch repair enzyme deficiency:  MLH1, MSH2, MSH6 and PMS2.

These cell lines provide appropriate assay positive and negative controls, as opposed to typical normal tissue controls that show no loss of protein expression.

The array slides may be helpful for initial assay optimization, validation, and daily QC for monitoring assay consistency.

Ki-67 4-Core Standardization Array

Catalog Number: Ki67-4-1-3-1-B

This array provides four cell lines with consistent proliferation indices that can help assess the sensitivity of Ki-67 assays. It is designed for use with the Visiopharm Qualitopix™ platform but may also be used with manual interpretation or other image analysis applications. The array slides may be helpful for initial assay optimization, validation, and daily QC for monitoring assay consistency.

Ki-67 6-Core Standardization Array

Catalog Number: Ki67-6-1-3-1-B

This array provides cell line mixes with consistent proliferation indices that can help assess the sensitivity and reproducibility of Ki-67 assays. The cell mixes consist of highly proliferative Jurkat cells titered into a background of negative cells (Sf9) at known concentrations. The product may be used with manual interpretation or image analysis applications. The array slides may be helpful for initial assay optimization, validation, and daily QC for monitoring assay consistency.

PD-L1 Standardization Array

Catalog Number: PD-L1-4-1-3-1

Four engineered cell lines with increasing levels of PD-L1 expression (and a wild-type negative parental line) are present in this array and can distinguish sensitivity among multiple PD-L1 assays.  This control can help optimize a given assay and monitor drift of sensitivity over time.  It can also be useful for intra-day, inter-day, inter-instrument, and inter-operator evaluation.

Multiple Biomarker Array

Catalog Number: MBA-8-1-3-1

This cell culture control array consistsof 8 tumor cell lines, including colon, prostate, breast, as well as B- and T-cell lymphoma. This arraycan serve as a control for a wide range of antibody targets and may be helpful in assay optimization, validation, and daily QC for monitoring assay consistency. This control array is suitable for IHC, FISH, and RNA-ISH.
